Govt’s full court #plea fails to impress #SupremeCourt
#ISLAMABAD (MNP) – The #SupremeCourt of #Pakistan on Monday deferred for three weeks hearing on petitions filed against the Supreme Court (Practice and Procedure) Act, 2023.
An eight-member bench, comprising #ChiefJustice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial, Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Munib Akhtar, Justice Sayyad Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Ayesha Malik, Justice Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi and Justice Shahid Waheed, conducted hearing on the petitions.
