Qureshi, Gandapur among 14 indicted in GHQ attack case
MNP – Around 14 more accused have been indicted in the GHQ attack case on charges related to the May 9, 2023 incidents.
Those indicted include Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, PTI leaders Shibli Faraz, former foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, former minister Shehryar Afridi, and Kanwal Shozab.
Other individuals, including Shabbir Awan, Latasab Satti, Umar Tanveer Butt, Taimur Masood Malik, Saad Ali Khan, Sikander Zeb, Fahad Masood, Zohaib Afridi, and Raja Nasir Mahfooz, were also named in the indictment.
The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has now indicted a total of 113 accused in the case. All those charged have denied the allegations, and the hearing has been adjourned until December 21.
