UAE issues new advisory on exit permits
MNP – The UAE’s Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security (ICP) has issued an advisory for individuals applying for residency status regularisation under the UAE’s amnesty program.
Applicants planning to leave the country after adjusting their status must adhere to the 14-day validity period of their exit permits.
Exit permits are issued through an electronic service accessible via the applicant’s personal account, company accounts, or authorised typing centres. The service is available on the ICP’s official website and smart app.
