Wheat flour shortage: PML-N legislator submits resolution in Punjab Assembly
LAHORE (MNP) – PML-N provincial lawmaker Sadia Taimoor has submitted a resolution in the Punjab Assembly against prevailing wheat flour crisis in the provincial capital.
The text of the resolution says the crisis of wheat flour has deepened in the city as long queues of people outside grocery shops have been witnessed. The resolution alleges the Punjab government has taken no steps to overcome the flour shortage and its price mechanism. The flour isn t available in the open market, it further says.
The MPA urges the House to pass the resolution for the benefit of people. The resolution demanded that the Punjab government should overcome the crisis and increase in prices.
